About Anda (and Ziyana)

Fancy 3rd Person, Mostly AI Generated Bio

"Awakening to your greater nature can be compared to moving out of a small, confined, dark room with poor air quality, and opening the doors to a huge world outside, with blinding, overwhelming light and delightful air caressing the skin. The great world outside has always been there and nobody has kept the door closed in the narrow, shadowy room where you have been longer than you remember. You kept yourself locked in, until desperation grew to unbearable heights, culminating in action. Now you try to get used to the vast panoramas, sounds, and movements."

-Soren Hauge, The Wild Alliance

I like this quote because it helps me make some sense of my timeline. My 'awakening' started around 2012, but it wasn't until around 2023 that things started shifting in bigger, faster ways.  While I value my journey, I believe that with the right guidance, it could have progressed quicker. I want your awakening to unfold even more swiftly than mine. Anda Nix and Cauldron Coaching are here to support you in achieving your ideal awakening timeline.

Here's the Story..

Throughout her 20's Anda worked odd jobs and then transitioned to professional driving her in 30's. She worked as a school bus driver and then a semi-truck driver to pay the bills. While those jobs covered expenses, they drained her spirit, leading her to seek something better. Below is a timeline of her journey toward sovereignty, differentiation, adventure, and freedom.

This was Anda's first foray into potential career paths driven by interests rather than expectations. In 2012, she participated in birth doula training; she didn’t have kids, but was intrigued by the work. She later realized that her interest stemmed from both past-life birth experiences and generations of traumatic birth in her family; and that such experiences often serve as catalysts for our souls work in this incarnation. She attended around 10 births but ultimately decided that the birth-worker life was not for her at that time, as she lacked the self-care tools to handle the emotional demands. She took a step back and continued to gather the tools she needed to move forward.

This was her introduction to holding space well

From 2017 to 2021, Anda participated in Dr. Willow Brown's transformative Living Sexology program, which lasted for 9 months. She had been dealing with intense, painful, heavy periods, severe PMS, sexual dysfunction and chronic pain. This program brought about significant healing, and she continued to actively participate in Dr. Willow's various programs for the next 4 years. This time marked the beginning of Anda developing a deep relationship with her body; this relationship continues to develop and change to this day.  Lessons learned: body's rhythms and cycles, the significance of somatics, the power of embodiment, importance of meditation

Move from Michigan to Oregon 2024-25

Between 2013 and 2017, Anda earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. As a child, she never quite fit into the conventional school environment, often feeling like school was some sort of punishment; and her under-grad was a nightmare. Therefore, balancing a full time job, part-time  ministry, and graduating with a 3.6 GPA was a significant achievement for her, signifying a sense of redemption. Ironically, she completed her theology degree while beginning to distance herself from Christianity.

Lessons learned: resilience, self-confidence, time management, critical thinking skills

In the spring of 2016, Anda purchased a house and adopted a 3 year old dog. While these may appear to be minor events to some, they were life-changing for her. Ziyana, the rescue dog, was a troubled dog who had never been socialized. Helping her recover has become one of Anda's greatest achievements. Lessons learned: perseverance, dedication, love

In 2021, Anda became a member of Lifebook, a self-development program that guides you through every aspect of your life in a structured manner. It encourages you to reflect on your desires and goals, and once you have documented them, you will have a comprehensive 'Lifebook' that outlines your life's direction. Lifebook bootcamp then assists in breaking down these objectives into achievable, actionable steps.

In order to prepare well for the psilocybin retreat, Anda developed a relationship with this tree. She didn't realize that's what she was doing. She just wanted to get the most out of the retreat, and it made sense that sitting with a tree could be a good way to do that.

Lessons learned: stillness, following directions, dynamics of subtle energy, introduction to the Sidhe

In Spring 2023, Anda participated in a four-day medicine retreat with an incredible group of women and experienced facilitators adept at guiding such journeys. Intention and integration were crucial elements that contributed the retreat's exceptional nature. After the retreat, she noticed significant positive changes in her life, as if all the internal work she had done over the past 11 years was finally coming to fruition.

Lessons learned: the power of plant medicine done right (with intention and integration)

From Fall 2023 and Fall 2024, Anda made some significant changes. She left her full time job, sold her house and moved to a new city, and then a new state.  Change isn't easy, even if it's welcomed. The transitions helped to release stubborn old patterns that no longer serve her, while learning to be truly differentiated and sovereign. She's also discovering the essence of a healthy, interdependent partnership with a remarkable, energetically sovereign incarnational companion.

Lessons learned: resting, listening deeply, collaborating with subtle allies, purpose, resiliency, presence, stillness, speaking truth, discernment
