I live at the crossroads of somatics, threshold moments, subtle beings, and incarnational spirituality. I care just as much about your nervous system as I do about your guides. My work is for highly sensitive women who crave real-world stability and deep, trustworthy connection with the both the seen and 'unseen'.

Intuition?

This work treats intuition as a disciplined skill set, not a guess. We cultivate body-based discernment and invite respectful collaboration with subtle allies—more-than-human partners who offer companionship, perspective, wisdom, and a touch of magic.

Integration?

In the same way that you digest a meal, you need to digest experiences (both big and small) and emotions. Integration is your whole system metabolizing an experience—sensations, emotions, images, meanings—so it becomes usable nourishment instead of undigested intensity. This creates calmness in your nervous system and puts you in the driver seat.

Somatics?

When did you last have a conversation with your body? Somatics is observation from the inside; it's fully feeling. It's cooperation with the body in a way that's safe so that small signals guide simple, supportive actions.
